I have logged into the users account and tried to upgrade to a paid package but it gives me the error: "You cannot upgrade/downgrade this account because it is overdue on payment." SilverNodashi Posted August 18, 2008 Share Posted August 18, 2008 One thing I picked up with these packages, is make sure it's billing cycle (client > Products / Services ) is set to Free, and not monthly.
