juiced
Hi, i'm looking around for a better stats system for our server. We currently have webalizer, which is too bland for our customers. We've used Awstats before, which is good, but not very professional looking and customers get confused. Anyone know of any other good ones? dont care if it's free or paid, just looking for one thats clean, fast, easy & accurate

This is good if your users want to know about visitor stats but is not good for telling you which file calls what and how much bandwidth is used.
chickendippers
Really? Our customers like Awstats.
handsonwebhosting
Most of ours swear by Awstats also. The other stat programs in cPanel take the same information but the data from Awstats seems to be easier to read and use. Other other would be to offer Urchin to your users. I'm not a fan of it personally, but I remember when we offered it about 4 years ago there was a big demand for that software.
cyberws
Google offers some good analytics. We have been using the log analyizer below for a few years. It offers a lot of details and runs off the raw logs on the server unlike Google. It isn't free but does offer a service provider function. http://www.logaholic.com/wp/
SilverNodashi
AWStats is very good, and very easy to understand. Anything easier than that would be "spoon feeding" SmarterStats is also very good, but I don't think it'll work on Linux though
