First, a word of warning

IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING WITH SQL AND DATAASES YOU *WILL* SCREW UP YOUR SYSTEM AND LOSE ALL YOUR DATA

>1) how can i add a client into the client database with a prefixed client ID.

Add the client using WHMCS, and *BEFORE ADDING ANYTHING ELSE* use SQL to change the id

- refer to the 'word of warning' above for specific advice :)

>2) how can i make whmcs start the client number from a specific number like 5000.

Alter the auto-increment fieldon the table using SQL

>3) can i make the customer number start with a C like the invoice number which start from from INV{NUMBER}

No
