harrip
Hi I wondered if people use a "NO_REPLY" email address on the invoices or if they use their support email address? If you use a support email address do you sometimes get an email loop causing lots of support tickets to be generated or is there something built in to prevent this? Cheers,
freedombi
I use accounting@ which is not a support email. This way, I can see any bounces, and people can reply directly with questions which may or may not require a support ticket. For example, one customer tends to reply to the payment confirmation email with a thank you. And there's also the occasional out-of-office message.

handsonwebhosting
We use the No-Reply method, and have an autoresponder setup on the no-reply address that bounces back a note saying that the message was not received and to use the ticket system. This information is also spelled out in the invoices and all notices at both the TOP and BOTTOM of emails to tell people not to respond. Never had an issue.
