ScarabWeb Posted October 23, 2006 Share Posted October 23, 2006 I submitted a support ticket here last week, and since I didn't hear back, I clicked the link in the email I got, but it showed me a completely different ticket (from someone else) with other people replying and who seemingly have the same problem.
