There are No errors. It just cannot receive any reply from users. I've checked all the details under the config for mail and also under the departments but it just cannot accept replies. I'm lost.

Same problem here .. actually a bit different...

 

The import is successful when the client replies using "Plain Text"

If the client uses HTML format, the email is parsed , reply added .. BUT the actual text of the email is not there ... just that a blank reply is added..
