Integrating Google Checkout - Payment working / Not updating Invoice as Paid

Recommended Posts

I also have this issue, People have used Google Checkout and it does charge but doesn't show as paid.

The callback file is in place and I get this error, Every once awhile.

Hello cory@eastside-hosting.com,

We've made several unsuccessful attempts to send order notifications to your notification callback URL, https://vbilling.net/order/modules/gateways/callback/googlecheckout.php As a result, you aren't receiving order status, risk, or other notifications.

To help you identify the issue with your callback URL, please review the errors we encountered while sending notifications to you. To review this error information:

Sign in to Google Checkout.
Click on the Tools tab.
Click Integration Console.
Error messages will appear under 'Integration Issues.' If necessary, you can also update your callback URL in the 'API callback URL' box on the same page.

For more information about receiving notifications via the notification API, visit http://code.google.com/apis/checkout/developer/index.html#notification.

Only way to make this work is if you have a SSL and this is provided by Godaddy and I did read a list of "acceptable SSL's" and everything seems to be correct and in place.

Only thing is, Once you update the Call back URL, It gives you 2 options:

XML

e.g. <google-order-number>123</google-order-number>

HTML (name/value pairs)

e.g. google-order-number=123

Currently set as: HTML

Don't know if that has anything to do with it.

:?:Hello,

In reading this thread, I'm having the same problems with me callback URL that I've added. It seems to be right, but still getting the error message. I have my ssl cert installed?
