ozmo
Since upgrading to 3.6.2 I have noticed double spacing in support ticket content. The contents of the support tickets look fine onscreen yet the emailed version is double spaced. I also notice that if I click the 'Edit' option, within the support center, I also see the double spacing there as well. Hope that makes sense. Any ideas? Anyone else having this same issue? Cheers, Rob
ozmo
I have also just noticed that when I edit the content of a ticket and save it, all html used within the ticket is broken out.
brianoz
Yes, when we use FireFox to edit a ticket response it immediately becomes double spaced. I've put a ticket in and Matt said he'd take a look at it; I guess it's just a waiting game now ...
ozmo
The double spacing also occurs using Safari 3.1.2 OS X.
brianoz
There is a workaround, if you are just wanting to edit out extra crap in the ticket. Select the text you want to keep and copy it. Then edit, and (for PC) click in the resulting window and type Ctrl-A Ctrl-V. This will replace what's in the edit window (which is double spaced) with what you copied (single spaced).
dordal
I've also got this issue; has it been fixed yet? D
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 7, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 7, 2008 This has been fixed for V3.7 - hopefully - I've tested it in FireFox 3 only but it's now working fine in that. Matt
