DirectI problems

it's the 3rd time i have problems transfering domains to directi from another registrar.

the customer has about $10,000 in his account, the reseller about $110.

the invoice for the transfer is paid.

the transfer is "locked in processing" for a long time now but directi didn't even send the request to the old registrar nor the approve email to the technical contact.

the order is "Locked in processing".

at the customer i have this entry in the transaction list: "Transfer of domain.tld from old Registrar along with 1 year Renewal"

at the reseller this transaction is missing.

everything is messed up with directi.

anyone got into this before?

do you think directi receives complaints from their customers? about their system?

it is very annoying: popups opening from other popups which of course open from a popup window opened from the main window...

orders "Locked in Processing" like forever.

errors with no reason...

what a mess...

Hi there,

The only popups you should be getting with Directi (our platform is the same) is for manged services etc, when you go into them, or when you try to place an order for a service (under Products).

What does the current Action state for the domain you are talking about?

Chris

The below listed action is pending against this Domain Name Registration Order for domain.tld, due to which this order is Locked in Processing. The system will automatically attempt to process this. However, if this action remains pending for a long duration please contact our support desk.

Action Requested: Transfer of domain.tld from old Registrar along with 1 year Renewal

Status of the Action: Order Locked In Processing.

Current Status InActive
