hightekhosting
As of late, we've been noticing that when a client cancels their service, any addon's to that particular service do not get cancelled and remain active, so when the next billing cycle comes around, they get invoiced for the addon only. Is there a way to stop this and resolve it without having to go into the particular client and cancel the addons manually along with the invoices that were generated? Is this a bug or issue that needs to become a feature? Regards, Dale
