I just placed a test order and tried to create the account, but it just gives me this error: Automatic Setup Error: Account Creation Failed I can't find the setting(s) to fix this. I've configured a server and when I click the WHM button it logs in fine. I sinced the package to match what it says in WHM exactly. I can't figure out what's wrong. Does anyone know? wehostem Posted October 22, 2006 Share Posted October 22, 2006 In my WHM I didn't create any packages. I created the packages in the whmcs and when someone signs up it creates an account with a package titled the same as in my whmcs. All quotas are set proper as well.
