Errors when setting up an account

Hello again all,

 

I am getting an error when I try to automatically setup an account. I thought it was the server I was on but, I moved everything to a new server and I still get an error but, it's a different error this time. All the error says is:

 

"Server Command Error

Account Creation Failed: Login Failed"

 

Any info on what this might be causing this? It's something on the server but, I need to know what could be causing it before I contact tech support.

Please check the details entered in the server profile IP, username and password.

Check the firewall on the server to be sure that the billing server is allowed to access.

Also, verify that you have updated to the latest control panel. I know that cPanel often have releases that the account function connection breaks, but they release an update every few hours anyway.

Thanks for the help guys, it turned out to be that the Access Hash was not set properly after a recent server move.
