Two Thumbs Up!

Well it took a few months to finally decide to go with WHMCS moving from ModernBill v4 but it so far has been a wonderful experience.

Matt and his team have been there every step of the way and have made this a painless process. Every penny spent to do this was well worth it. Unbranded license, paid for credit card conversion (well worth it), and customization. Did do the import script for MB myself. Matt even installed a script to forward PayPal payment info from MB to WHMCS so customers did not have to set up another PayPal subscription and it has been working just fine.

As I went through the day setting up and testing WHMCS I was amazed at the thought that went into this billing system. Understand we have used not only ModernBill but but WHM-Autopilot also. Every time I turned around there was some little feature that either made it easier for the host or the customer. Easy to navigate, easy learning curve. This system really far ahead of the other two mentioned in this post.

If you are thinking of changing your billing system to WHMCS, I suggest run as fast as you can to do it! :)

Nice job WHMCS!

Yes, WHMCS is actually fun to use IMO. Thank you for sharing your experience here, WebzPro. thumbsupguynr8.gif

i've been very pleased with whmcs as well. i've used whmap (or at least, tried to use it...i was not successful). while i'm still a pretty new user, i've been very happy with how the software has worked, all the thought that's obviously gone into the process, and the responsiveness of support when something has come up.
