Domain & Hosting

Hi,

 

I have a client who 2 months ago I bought a domain and yesterday decided to buy a hosting.

 

The domain was created from my account reseller of DIRECTI (http://domains.whmcs.com - thanks Matt) and hosting since WHMCS, I want to know whether it was possible to make this domain that was created directly from DIRECTI (http://domains.whmcs.com) can be added to the account hosting of my clients who think since WHMCS.

 

The idea is that from the control panel of WHM my client can handle the domain that bought 2 months ago and hosting who bought yesterday.

simple answer - yes

 

longer answer - of course, *how* to do it depends on how you ordered the domain name in the first place - if you didnt order it through your WHMCS, then you need to add it as an "order" in your system exactly the same as you would in a data take-on setting

I directly register the domain in my panel RESELLER of DIRECTI.

 

Furthermore, to register domain through WHMCS I use the same data of my RESELLER DIRECTI.

go to the docs here, import info section in the install info. it tells you had to add a domain to your whmcs without actually making changes at the registrar level.

So yes, just place the "order" through your system as an admin, select "do not tell client"

When accepting the order, deselect the "tell registry"

Correct the dates and save
