dnerty
Hi I am close to swap from MB4.4 to WHMCS, did several imports for testing and have some questions. First: Is it possible to keep clients ID? I started with 1000 in MB and clients 1001 in MB is client 1 in WHMCS after import. Second: How to setup WHMCS after migration if my MB4.4 setup is: in Invoice Settings Enable Anniversary Billing Mode: Yes Enable Static Invoice Due Date: No Set Invoice Due Date: 10 in Cronjob: Invoice Generation Configuration Generate invoice X days before package renewal date: 10 Thanks

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 14, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 14, 2008 The importer by default assigns new ID numbers to clients on the basis that your WHMCS system won't necessarily be empty when performing the import. However, you can make it start at 1000 by setting the auto increment value in the tblclients database table to that figure. For the invoice settings, anniversary billing is the default for WHMCS so all you'd need to customise is the Invoice Generation setting in Config > Automation Settings from the default 14 days in advance to 10.
