ValleyWebNet
Hi all! I just noticed today that when someone signs up, they get a welcome email, an order confirmation and an invoice. But they do not get the Hosting Account Welcome Email that has all of the information for the FTP etc. Is there some place that this has to be set at for the system to send to them? Could I have some how disabled this email being sent? Thanks for reading! Jim
goddess_dix
go into your product and services configuration. on the first page, details tab, it allows you to select the welcome email for that product.

chickendippers
Do you have the "Disable" box ticked in the email template?

dreamcon
Negative.... Just checked again to make sure. Have you seen... Automatically create the account as soon as an order is placed Automatically create the account as soon as the first payment is received Automatically create the account when you manually accept a pending order Do not automatically setup this account If you have selected automated option to allocate the package to the client then it should go automatically. (1st two) But for me I use last option where we need to send email manually
