Hi all, I can't seem to get past the product configuration domain options page for some reason. No matter the option I select, I fill out the domain name and TLD and it comes back to that page. I have tried all three of the options. Anyone have any ideas on this? v4.0.2 newly installed. Thanks for looking! Jim

Operator, Thanks for this I find it very useful. Don't worry about the people complaining about the encoding. I guess these people complain about MS encoding the files that they release for free also thinking there may be something suspect in there........

Actually I spoke too soon on that one.... No joy on the registrar thing......

Got #1 fixed, I did screw up the registrar setup...... On #2..... It is driving me batty since I can't get into cart.php to check the links. I will have to live with it for now. That was a great catch on the registrars though, thank you very much. Jim

Hi all First is critical.... When going through checkout, on the first screen with the domain options no matter what is selected, transfer domain etc when I click to continue it reloads that step showing the domain options again so nobody can get past that to purchase anything Problem 2 is just annoying... when going from an unsecure page to cart.php I get a warning about insecure items, I am sure everyone has seen it sometime. Anyway, with cart.php being encrypted, I can't check links. Any suggestions on this one? Any help is greatly appreciated. Jim

They have 2 hosting accts with me..... There is nothing below the tabs on the page..... Thinking it may be a corrupt file but not sure which one.

Hi all Whenever I try to view the products/services page of a client the page is completely empty -- Nothing appears below the tabs. However, when I try to view the products on a client whom I have not put anything in for I get a statement that says no products available. Any ideas on how to fix this? I need to get into the products page.... Thanks! Jim

Hi all I had to change hosts and had some problems importing info I only have 4 or 5 clients that I will have to add manually but there is the problem..... How do I add the client details, such as what package they have, when it expires, etc? Thanks! Jim

Hi all, I have noticed something that really needs to be changed in my opinion..... When I generate an invoice manually the due date and the invoice date are the same. I have tried to change the due date manually, but when the invoice is generated, the dates revert to the date that I am generating the invoice. I really do not want to send an invoice with the due date and invoice date the same day. I have tried changing the dates manually but no joy. Any ideas? Thanks! Jim

Hi everyone, Whenever I try to view a PDF invoice I get the error TCPDF error: Missing or incorrect image file: /tmp/.... Has anyone found a fix for this? I have seen a lot of threads with the same error and no solutions that seem to work for me. Safe mode is off, templates dir is set to 777..... Thanks in advance! Jim

I don't get that option for some reason..... If you would like to try it out you can go to valleywebnet.com and do the domain search on the homepage....

Hi everyone, I noticed something that just bugs me.... I have a domain check on my homepage. Let's say that I check and the domain is available. That will take me to step 2 and then click on Add to Cart. On the next page it shows the domain listed with a link '[No Hosting! Click to Add]' in red beside the domain. If you click that link it takes you to cart.php step 1 where you choose the term that you want. Click on 'Order Now' and it takes you to Step 2 domain options where you have to search for the domain again and select either register a domain, transfer a domain or update nameservers. Is there any way to skip this step completely? If they have already did a domain search I see no need for them to have to do another one on the same domain. Thanks for reading this long post. Hi all, I know that clientarea.php has several actions such as clientarea.php?action=details for example. I have looked around to see if I could find out what other actions are available to no avail, can anyone point me to a list or post one here? Thanks! Jim

That is what I have in now..... When it gets to step 3 there is a link that says no hosting click to add, but I would like it to go straight into the hosting order. Of course there should be an option for domain only.... Check for yourself if you like at valleywebnet.com and use the domain check on the home page.... Thanks for everything, Jim

Hi all, I have seen a couple of posts regarding this but for some reason I can't seem to get my head around it...... How do you set it so that when someone checks a domain that you take them directly to the package order page and have the domain info go with it? Hi all, Just upgraded to 3.7.2 and when I go to the admin home section I get the following error Fatal error: Smarty error: the $compile_dir 'templates_c/' does not exist, or is not a directory. in /whmcs/libs/Smarty.class.php on line 1095 This is only in the Admin Home section as far as I can tell, everything else seems to be working properly. Any ideas where the problem lies? Thanks! Jim
