Is there a feature to offer discount per user instead of a coupon per package?

 

 

For instance:

user A will get 5% discount on all his products.

 

if not, will it be available in the near feature?

The way I understand it, you just modify the monthly recurring price. I don't like this as it then makes it hard to see who actually has a discount applied and what their price was before the discount. Wish they just had a box to add a percent discount by product under a customer or something like that.

Yes you are right about changing the prices, but, an invoice is created, that has to be adjusted before the client can pay. This way he has to wait for us before he can pay. We have client who like to order a extra gameserver at 2 am and want to pay and play within 10 minutes . That is not possible at this way, they have to wait a few hours.
