rodney Posted July 1, 2008 Share Posted July 1, 2008 Currently we have our sales@eleven2.com for our existing customers as a Sales Department and presales@eleven2.com to a presales department. However, the piping script will see that *sales* and pipe fail it, as there are 2 departments. Also, we have allot of our servers root addresses forward to: noc@eleven2.com so we catch all those emails. However, since WHMCS reads the to address as root@HOSTNAMEOFSERVER and not noc@eleven2.com we get a Department Not Found These are 2 bugs in the piping system, I am looking forward to getting resolved. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
