mike25
We are currently running cerberus and want to move to the whmcs support desk. cerberus is checking a pop account for tickets. I have created a few support departments in whmcsnand am trying to make whmcs load the same tickets to no avail. I have tried piping a forwarder from our cerberus emails to whmcs with no luck. I have also tried forwarding emails from cerberus to another pop account and have whmcs check that but it also does not work. What am I missing? Will whmcs accept blind emails sent to the pipe or pop mailbox as being tickets, or must they also be submitted using the whmcs contact form as well?
Emerson
Make sure you have the administrator assigned to each department. You can do this by editing each admin profile under "Configuration > Administrators"

I can see the emails sitting in the pop account, the cron parser just does not seem to be picking them up. it sends me an email each time it runs, and no emails are logged as being imported.
RN-Chris
I just noticed the exact same problem... It seems to only create tickets at random. Not for all emails, just some.
mike25
I think I got it, the piping command needs to be shortened for cpanel x3. I also needed to set the permissions of pipe.php to 755.
