worsin
I am trying to transfer one of my own domains from Hostmonster to myself on my server. I select transfer and go through the process entering in my EPP code etc. I dont actually pay for it but i do go to the pending order and approve it. When i look in my account i can see the domain was placed but its in pending status and no registrar is assigned to it. I go to Enom which is my chosen reseller for my TLD and its not showing of coarse. Why isnt Enom automatically being selected when ordering a transfer? It should show enom as the registrar on my domain page in the admin area of WHMCS and i should be able to go to enom and see the transfer order pending, correct?

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 30, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 30, 2008 The registrar is only set when automatic registration is attempted, and that only occurs when payment is made for the order for it. If adding a domain manually, and not paying for it, you'll need to set the registrar manually and submit the transfer request when accepting the order.
