Change Payment Text - Authorize.net

Right when I hit submit I stumbled on the fix..I wish we could delete these things..

Issue: When someone goes to pay it says "Payment Method" and than says "Authorize.net".

 

However most users have no clue what this means and I am trying to change the text to read: "Pay By Credit Card" - so they know what it means...

 

I have searched the forum and all of my files and can not figure out where this is being controlled.

Does anyone have a clue where to locate this so it can be changed?
