scurrell
...and the thread is closed, does that mean it's fixed for the next release, or the current download files have been updated to include the fix?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 27, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 27, 2008 When it's set as [FIXED] that means it was confirmed as a bug, has been corrected and will be included in the next release. In some cases you can open a ticket to request the fix early if it's affecting you. However, if reported within the first few days of a new release, prior to the release email being sent out and the majority of users upgrading, it may be included in the download. If it's set to [RESOLVED] then it was found not to be a bug. Matt
SoBeIt
This is useful info, maybe a sticky with this info could be placed in the forum?

It would let people know whether it's part of the current download, or whether they need to request it.
SteveV
Thank you -- I was wondering the same thing after my bug reported yesterday was thread-locked and marked [FIXED] -- where is the roadmap for future releases/release dates?
