The information still needs to be submitted so I cannot simply comment it out. I have a rule that the account holder must be the card owner, so do not wish to provide the option to edit the cardholder info on that screen. SoBeIt Posted June 27, 2008 Author Share Posted June 27, 2008 An additional request for help - is it also possible to 'grey out' or hide the card input fields until the 'enter new card...' radio button is selected? A customer may not see the 'use existing card' option and fill out the card fields and submit it thinking those details will be used when the existing card will be used.
