SoBeIt Posted June 25, 2008 Share Posted June 25, 2008 When a customer tries to order an item using the card details on file, and that transaction fails for some reason, the card details on file are erased. When a customer pays with a card, the last used card is added to the file once a transcation has gone through. If declined, it does not store them for obvious reasons.
