[RESOLVED] Card info disappears

When a customer tries to order an item using the card details on file, and that transaction fails for some reason, the card details on file are erased.

 

This could cause a problem if the customer gives up on that order and has other recurring services already in place.

Not sure this is a bug - its been that way for ages.

 

When a customer pays with a card, the last used card is added to the file once a transcation has gone through. If declined, it does not store them for obvious reasons.

 

I guess WHMCS firstly assumes that it should be added to file and then removed if declined?
