After the customer has paid for renewal, I enter the transfer order into whmcs, and transfer the domain. Since the customer should not get billed again, I make sure the expiry date and next due date are correctly set for next year. I also change the first payment amount to 0. What happened with the most recent batch was that $0.00 invoices were sent out, and a renewal order sent to DirectI. Fortunately, this only caused invoices in the customer account, and not the reseller account. Have I missed an option, or is this a bug?
