SRobinson Posted June 25, 2008 Share Posted June 25, 2008 Hi, I was just going through with a client how to use our system and he was ordering numerous .co.uk domains. He entered that it was a limited company and the name of the company. I was shortly emailed numerous times by enom to tell me that a comp id was required. A) Is is possible to allow the client to somehow update this and send off the request again? B) Can it check for this in the first place? othellotech Posted June 25, 2008 Share Posted June 25, 2008 company number is mandatory if they picked LTD as the type you can click "register" in the admin section and complete the missing data, or cancel the orders and make them do it again. i'm suprised they were allowed to continue without supplying the data, as our WHMCS rejects client orders where they dont provide all the data 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
