Is the New Account Information meant to be sent right after, because for some reason it is not being sent. othellotech Posted June 28, 2008 Share Posted June 28, 2008 yes it sends the new account email when it creates the account - i've never known it not do through any of the versiosn of WHMCS (when client initiated).
