nhouck Posted June 24, 2008 Share Posted June 24, 2008 Is there a way to setup WHMCS so that new orders are only put into the system if the order was paid for? We tend to get a lot of people pricing out servers by going half way through the order process and when they do that it creates an order for them even if they don't intend to ever purchase one. Also this happens for spammers who just come in and create orders for the hell of it to cause us grief. chickendippers Posted June 24, 2008 Share Posted June 24, 2008 Modernbill v4 had the arrangement you describe and it caused us no end of grief. If there was a problem with the payment processor, or fraud screening the order would be lost and so would their contact details, that means we couldn't contact them to tell them there was a problem!
