I am trying to register a domain for a client thr WHMCS, when in the admin I select register it and it gives me an error.

Unable to register name 420 Billing failure

Can anyone tell me what this means.

I have funds in my reseller account.

Thanks,

Timm

Hi all. I'm getting this error now too. Kept trying but nothing.

Maybe stupid, but my register fly reseller id is the same as the username I log on with? I can't find anything else. Been on hold with RF live chat for 30 mins, what a joke, I'm bailing ASAP.

Cheers,

Lena

The reseller id is the same as your username.

Have you added "Your Private Key"?

If not you can find it under "Account Settings" >> "Add/Modify IP Addresses, generate/view your private key" on the Reseller Manager page when you log in.

So after 2 1/2 hours they popped up on live chat. Robert tells me they "have technical issues", and that it may be "at least 24 hours". "Be patient" I was told.

So that's pretty poor. I asked how to get my balance refunded and he disconnected. How nice. Now I must involve the CC company, what a hassle...
