WHMCS CEO Matt Posted November 19, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted November 19, 2006 Only once a week? You're lucky! I get it most of the time. It's a RegisterFly Billing Error - like xxkylexx says, you just have to keep trying until it goes through. Matt
wehostem
I got it on one I was trying, plus I submitted a ticket to them and no response May have to switch to more reliable service, even if it is more.
TheGamer
I spoke with Mike of sales dept. two days ago. Supposedly this error is now a thing of the past, and so far he is right.
krimster
Hi all. I'm getting this error now too. Kept trying but nothing. Maybe stupid, but my register fly reseller id is the same as the username I log on with? I can't find anything else. Been on hold with RF live chat for 30 mins, what a joke, I'm bailing ASAP. Cheers, Lena
gismo
The reseller id is the same as your username. Have you added "Your Private Key"? If not you can find it under "Account Settings" >> "Add/Modify IP Addresses, generate/view your private key" on the Reseller Manager page when you log in.
krimster
Yes, the key is there.
krimster
So after 2 1/2 hours they popped up on live chat. Robert tells me they "have technical issues", and that it may be "at least 24 hours". "Be patient" I was told. So that's pretty poor. I asked how to get my balance refunded and he disconnected. How nice. Now I must involve the CC company, what a hassle...
