Pending Orders - Appearing for existing customers

Recommended Posts

I have been running whmcs for a while now and have 3.6.1 installed.

I noticed just the other day that many of my customers previous orders are now showing as "pending". Actually, there are 256 pending orders. Some of these orders date back to 2006. Confused as to how this happened.

I am not sure how to clear these out of the pending order queue since I have already accepted the orders (they show as active in my customers accounts), I don't want to delete or cancel the pending orders as I believe that will delete the record from my customers account.

Any suggestions?

Jon

Jon,

even though some times clients domain or product service are active it shows pending on WHMCS. The reason is to check it manually and allow the client to be active, to make sure that their isn't any fraud.

I had a same issue at the start, but i got answer from Forum as above.
