jdwalte3
I have been running whmcs for a while now and have 3.6.1 installed. I noticed just the other day that many of my customers previous orders are now showing as "pending". Actually, there are 256 pending orders. Some of these orders date back to 2006. Confused as to how this happened. I am not sure how to clear these out of the pending order queue since I have already accepted the orders (they show as active in my customers accounts), I don't want to delete or cancel the pending orders as I believe that will delete the record from my customers account. Any suggestions? Jon

Any suggestions? Jon Jon, even though some times clients domain or product service are active it shows pending on WHMCS. The reason is to check it manually and allow the client to be active, to make sure that their isn't any fraud. I had a same issue at the start, but i got answer from Forum as above.
BHopkins
From what I've read, you don't have to change it right? You can just leave that set to pending even though the account is active?
chickendippers
Well don't don't have to change it...but you'll just have a massive list of pending orders.
AndrewMKP
It could be a Cronjob or curl error not putting them through as confirmed on the server? This could be a possibility if you have changed server recently?
Gav
You do have to manually accept the orders - it's very annoying. They will still show up as pending until you do accept the order, even if you have it set up to create the account automatically.
