Default Nameservers - WHM Reseller Accounts

Hello.

 

I have WHMCS set up to create our reseller accounts and it does so wonderfully - but I have two sets of nameservers set up, one for our shared hosting and one for our reseller accounts. I do not see a setting in WHMCS and I cannot find it in WHM to automatically set the default nameservers for reseller accounts.

 

I know this may not be WHMCS related, but hopefully somebody here can give me some advice.

You do not need to enter reseller nameservers anywhere via WHMCS or WHM.

 

 

If you do feel like it, login to WHM and go to,

 

Main >> Resellers >> Reseller Center >> Edit Privileges/Nameservers and enter in the nameserver and IP address.

(However this is NOT required).

I got it figured out, for our shared hosting customers on the server I set the reseller account to automatically use the shared server nameservers.

 

Then I set the server default to the reseller nameservers so that any reseller account created uses those nameservers.
