clau
Hi, I have a problem: When i click on "Generate Due Invoices" link in the client profile page, no invoices are generated even though I have 2 domain names set with both Next Due Date and Expiry Date in 2007. The status on both is active and the registrar is set for them. Please note that these were imported from Modern Bill. Also, the OpenSRS module does not seem to work. When I try to register a domain name id does not do anything. No error message, no nothing. I have 3.6.1 version installed as a clean install. Any help on these problems? Thanks, Claudiu
9DollarDomains
Was there previously invoices for these items that was deleted? If so, there is a 'feature' whereby if you delete an invoice, WHMCS won't generate a new invoice for the same item on the same date again. If this is the case, then you can get it to generate by changing the due/expiry dates ahead by a day and then generate due invoices.
clau
Hi 9DollarDomains, No, there were no invoices that were deleted. We have just imported the data from modernbill and made the adjustments with registrars and hosting packages.
9DollarDomains
...I have 2 domain names set with both Next Due Date and Expiry Date in 2007...Hi Clau - that was really my only suggestion. Perhaps with the expiry dates in 2007, the system thinks they are too old to invoice? I don't know - but maybe open a support ticket and see what support officially says?
