Recommended Posts

Hello,

Is anyway else getting timeouts when viewing domains in admin that are registered with enom. It has been happening for the 5/6 hours.

We haven't changed anything so not sure whats happening

Thought we would post here first before contact eNom direct

Howdy,

Well eNom should be the first people to contact than WHMCS. eNom might have some sort of autoresponder or bulletin about outages.

If you did not change anything server side (firewalls, Apache/PHP settings, WHMCS) than it eNom with the issue.

Thanks,

Adam

No. Only time I've ever seen a timeout on an enom domain (from the admin-side of WHMCS) was during their maintenance about 2 weeks ago, when they were offline for about 40 mins.

Looking at our logs, we had succesful updates using the enom API about 25 minutes before your post, so I'd look at your server providers connectivity and your firewall as the obvious culprits ...
