casa
Hi, I am a braziliam and here in Brazil we have many extensions (TLD`s) for domains. And I have a customer that use a .nom.br (customer.name.nom.br) eg. john.barry.nom.br The system is not accept this one. I check the file whoisservers.php in include folder and the extension is there (.nom.br|whois.nic.br|No match for) Please, how can I solve it? Thank you.

casa
The support told me this problem is because the "." between the names and the whmcs not support this caracter, like john.barry.nom.br (is not possible).
bluenova
I don't think that is the issue because I use: .co.uk .me.uk .org.uk which all work fine, but they have to be setup like that in the domain pricing screen as 3 options. i.e. I do not have a .uk option.
casa
The problem is not in the .nom.br (it`s ok). The problem is eg. john.barry eg. john.barry.nom.br (not work)
pacwebhosting
Hi, Is it not because in your example john is a subdomain of barry.nom.br ? so you could register barry.nom.br and then add john as a subdomain in cpanel or whatever you use? ie you can not have john.barry.nom.br without first registering barry.nom.br Which unless I am missing something is how it is meant to work? If that makes sense? Thanks Paul **EDIT I now see your problem! after reading up on .nom.br - maybe WHMCS could code you a module for it?
casa
No, john is not a subdomain. The nom.br is a special TLD and it`s require 2 names for register. If you try register barry.nom.br the Registrar don`t accept.
pacwebhosting
**EDIT I now see your problem! after reading up on .nom.br - maybe WHMCS could code you a module for it? Hi Yes, I had already edited my post after reading up! WHMCS may be able to do you a custom registrar module for this type of domain for a cost, worth asking them Thanks Paul
