ssudaraka Posted June 14, 2008 Share Posted June 14, 2008 sorry for my english use. I have used WHMCS some times ago, I'm now using whmcs version 3.6.1 as my client management system. Now I have some problems with Support Ticket System. I have signed up my self as client to test whmcs installation. Everything seems like working fine. But one problem, I have submitted support ticket in web interface, Then I got auto-respond from whmcs client management system into my e-mail account After that I log-on to Administrator panel and i saw one no-answered support ticket. I clicked on it and added a reply. After that I got that reply message to my e-mail account. It's working fine. Then, I mailed new support mail from my e-mail account and haven't received auto-respond mail. So, I have logged on to admin panel and I saw One so-answered support ticket. then a added a reply, But that reply mail also haven't received in to my mail account.
