MikeDVB
In WHMCS if I was using SendMail (PHP) I could just put AddressOne@Domain.com,AddressTwo@Domain.com and it would send all e-mails to both addresses. I have since switched to SMTP (so that all mails come from the dedicated IP assigned to the site that WHMCS is on, rather than the server shared IP) and this no longer works, I can only send to one e-mail address. I had it set to send it to michael@mydomain.com and 5552858585@mms.att.net so basically I would get it in my personal e-mail box (which is where I want it to go) and I would also get it sent to my cell phone so in case I was not at a computer I would have a notification on my phone - but i *STILL* want to get the one in my personal box. (I changed the e-mail addresses to avoid spam due to scrapers) Just forwarding the mail from my personal account to the phone is not an option because I get way too much e-mail at my personal account. Is there any way to set up a secondary e-mail address for an administrator? If not, I need to put in a feature request, it would not be too hard to do. Currently I have it set up to just e-mail my phone so that if I am away I will get the notification but if I'm at the computer I'll have to remember to keep the phone near Thanks
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 10, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 10, 2008 Just setup another admin account with the other email you want to use. Doesn't matter if you login to it or not, the emails will then be sent to both. Matt
MikeDVB
LOL that will work. It's a roundabout way to do it but it will work. Thanks.
