3.6.2 Beta Bug - Ticket Notifications Not Being Sent/Received

Since upgrading, any support tickets lodged or replied to are not having their notifications sent to the support administrators or any other staff that are selected to receive these notifications.

 

We've double checked that the required boxes are ticked to accept this option with no avail.

 

Let me know if there is anything I can do guys.
