jswilko
Hi Is there a way to stay logged in? I log myself into whmcs and when I'm inactive for a while I get booted out and have to log back in even though the window is still open. Cheers Jon
MACscr
i agree that there needs a way to be able to check a box like "remember me" or something like that, which will keep the user logged in the entire browser session.
jswilko
I am sure there is a way of doing it. I have a mate who also uses whmcs, I have full admin rights and when I log into his whmcs I can stay logged in all day as long as the window stay open. He's away at the moment so i can't ask how he did it. Jon
harrip
I agree. Whilst its only a minor inconvenience, its one I believe could be removed.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted September 26, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted September 26, 2006 It will be the PHP Session length as set in your php.ini file that affects this. By default, after 24 minutes of inactivity your server will delete the session data and therefore log you out of the WHMCS Admin Area. There is probably a php directive that can be put in a php.ini file to change this. Matt
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted November 23, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted November 23, 2006 I have now added a "Keep me logged in until I logout" option for the next release of WHMCS which should solve the problem. Matt
