Gatsu Posted May 31, 2008 Share Posted May 31, 2008 It appears to me that when the reseller email is sent, at the bottom of the template it shows this: Thank you for choosing [CompanyName] But I tested this email with a fake client I made with the company name "Star Hosting (ha)" and the email says Thank you for choosing Star Hosting (ha) This is not our company name This issue was not resolved even those it was closed. By default the "Thank you for choosing [CompanyName]" is in the Email Template. The Developers need to fix this immediately. by not having the default template use this wording. This isn't about what variable it is this is about the fact that WHMCS has implemented an incorrect Email template into their system.
