I installed the WHM software onto my website and was wondering how I can make the account creation automatically for Reseller Accounts? It works fine for me with normal hosted accounts but not reseller accounts. I don't have Reseller Central - I am not sure if I need this. bigsean Posted May 30, 2008 Share Posted May 30, 2008 I'm now getting Account Creation Failed as well but only when trying to create Reseller accounts. Wonder if this has anything to do with WHM/cpanel version WHM 11.23.0 cPanel 11.23.1-R24909. bigsean Posted May 30, 2008 Share Posted May 30, 2008 Hi Steve, thanks for the response but it was due to a recent cPanel update (i have root access) the update requires you to create the packages in WHM first.
