Not easilt,

 

but you can in your products, you can go to the modules tab, and specify & turn on hosting for that product.

 

that way, when that product is ordered, it will automatically generate hosting.

 

You can also set upgrades & downgrades (haven't tested myself), as well as other add-ons & configuarable option (have tested)

 

Don't forget to add the hosting as an annual recurring fee in the product pricing

No, but its a feature several of us have mentioned to WHMCS staff would be handy ...
