pinoguin Posted May 16, 2008 Share Posted May 16, 2008 There has been plenty of times that my clients could not attach some files, but is already allowed in the settings. The ticket would send but the file doesn't appear. Also many times those attachments goes to 0bytes especially when the file has spaces on the filename. generic Posted May 16, 2008 Share Posted May 16, 2008 u try attaching an identical type file to confirm it works and maybe not just your client...? i had an issue a while back where i didnt have the file types listed right. i.e no speces between types..
