pixelgrit Posted May 14, 2008 Share Posted May 14, 2008 hi guys, i've just bought my whmcs lic and am currently setting up my client base. i have run into one problem which i haven't work out how to get around. i have a client who has more than one "package". he has 2 different domains/accounts/websites, but i can't work out how to list more than one package in the "Product/Services" tab in whmcs. is there a way to do this? cheers ... 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The second package will be added to the product/service page when you add the second order. pixelgrit Posted May 14, 2008 Author Share Posted May 14, 2008 yes im manually importing them. i have used the WHM Import script, but it never gets the names correct so i am typing them in manually. when i import the second account (same person) and try to correct the name field (it uses the actual username) it gives this error: "Validation Error A user already exists with that email address". maybe i'm not quite getting how you go about importing or setting up a client with multiple hosting packages. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
