Varilogix Setup Question

I got varilogix working like a charm. Absolutely awesome!

 

However I have a question. Does anyone know if varilogix supports multilanguages? My site is English/Spanish and its kind of weird to have the phone calls only in english.

 

Any idea if this can be done? Can varilogix call in spanish is the user is setup to spanish or call in english when user is viewing site in english?

 

maybe just having a call bilingual? Maybe call saying: for english press one for spanish press 2? Anything to support both languages?

 

Varilogix has not answered this question in over 3 days. Their support tickets are not very good I'm afraid. Again, Matt has great support here. If only Varilogix had something close, I wouldnt be asking this here.

I finally got an answer from them regarding multilanguage calls. This is what they said:

Currently we only offer English, we do plan to eventually have multi languages but do not have a time frame yet.

 

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

So if any of you are considering varilogix remember that it does not support multilanguages. However, I like it so I'll still keep it.
