Varilogix Failed orders still created!!

jsi

Recommended Posts

I tested my varilogix fraud module.

WOrks great for real orders. Calls them and all. Great!

however, i tested a failed call by not entering the correct number and then again by simply hanging up. The order was not charged which is good, however, WHMCS still created the hosting account!!

I went into admin and it has the account set as fraud but it created the new account in my WHM panel. Why does it do this? Shouldn't it auto create the account only after payment is received?

Is there a setting I should change somewhere to prevent it from creating hosting accounts on Failed calls?

Doesn't do this for me :?

Chickendippers,

I Think I know what it is.

When you go to Products & Services > Module Settings tab,

what automation settings do you have on the bottom? Do you have it to auto create? Which setting do you have on your hosting plans? I am interested to know which you have enabled.

If you have varilogix with no problems, I think it has something to do with this setting.

Mine is set to "Automatically create the account as soon as the first payment is received"

Thats what it was. Thanx.

I had it setup to :

Automatically create the account as soon as an order is placed

Thanx!
