Ticket Import Problems

I submitted a ticket but thought i would post here to see if i can get a better/faster reply.

I recently had to move servers. I managed to get WHMCS moved over with no problems, except the email piping wouldn't work.

I eventually got email piping working but now there is a problem with WHMCS. When i send an email to the test support department, i get the ticket created email, but it doesn't show up in WHMCS.

WHMCS says there are tickets open on the main page, but when i try to view them, there is nothing there?

Also, whmcs is showing there is a pending service, but when i look, also nothing there. It also shows there 0 unpaid invoices ($63).

I am using 3.6.1 on CentOS 4 with Cpanel X

Anyone heard of this before?

/Thanks for your help :)
