Praise & a few suggestions

Firstly let me just say well done to Matt & co, ive just upgraded to 3.6.1 and the process compared to others ive used (Modernbill, iPanel & WHMAP) is by far the easiest.

 

The README is also great as it lists any template changes etc.. needed, this is especially welcomed due to the fact that i use a heavily modified template.

 

Now, on to the suggestions i have:

 

1.) Allow downloads & Knowledge Base articles to be added into more than one category.

 

Maybe instead of having to navigate to a category and clicking "Add Download" you could change it to a "global" "Add download" where the categorys (multiple if needed) are chosen by using radio buttons (i.e checkboxes).

 

2.) add the ability to add or upload an image for a download instead of having to use img tags in the description?

 

3.) Add the option for notification emails to be sent out when the due dates for To-Do items get near, maybe a "send email x days before due date" option could be added?

 

4.) Add the option for WHMCS to be set to closed?, similar to how it is when upgrading.

 

I do have a few more but that will have to do for now as ive forgotten the rest
