Support ticket not visible if flagged to another admin

Hi all...

 

Just upgraded to 3.6.1 from 3.5 (did the two step process, 3.5 -> 3.6 then 3.6 -> 3.6.1)

 

I've noticed that if one admin flags a support ticket, other admins cannot view that ticket. The system shows there is a ticket there (i.e. in customer-reply) but if it's not one of your flagged tickets, you cannot see it.

 

Is there a way to turn that off??? I don't feel comfortable with that, just in case one person flags it and cannot follow up with it, or another person wants to take ownership of the ticket....

 

Or maybe I did something wrong??
